Kingsley Gate Partners, the leader in global executive search that ensures a lasting fit between clients and placed candidates through its proprietary framework, Synchronous Fit, today announced that Arnaud Despierre has joined the firm as senior partner Asia-Pacific and global industrial practice leader. He is based in Singapore.
Arnaud brings nearly two decades of experience in executive search and management consulting to Kingsley Gate Partners, and has worked with and placed senior executives globally, including chief executive officers and non-executive directors of publicly-listed and privately-held companies.
“We are pleased to welcome Arnaud to the Kingsley Gate Partners team,” said the members of the Office of the CEO. “Arnaud’s extensive experience in conducting cross-border projects in Asia where he has been based for the past 15 years and his leadership roles over the years, support our global expansion plans in Asia and Europe.”
Prior to joining Kingsley Gate Partners, Arnaud was a partner at Spencer Stuart, where he led and co-led regional and global practice areas. His focus was on senior executive recruitment – Board, CEO and C-suite – in the industrial sector across manufacturing and services. Arnaud’s expertise also extends to adjacent sectors within Life Sciences, Consumer Products and Technology, as well as cross-industry functional areas such as Human Resources and Supply Chain/Operations. Previously, he was a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company, leading organizational development, change management and leadership development work for clients in North America and Asia-Pacific.
“I am thrilled to be joining Kingsley Gate Partners as the firm is on a journey to reshape how executive search is done on a global basis,” Arnaud added. “Their unique and transformative approach to matching executives to senior roles, by combining the power of technology with expert human insight, sets the firm apart from all others. This ground-breaking approach will greatly benefit clients across Asia-Pacific and beyond.”
Arnaud is a native English and French bilingual with a working proficiency in Mandarin. He earned an MSc degree in Thermal Power from Cranfield University and an MBA with High Distinction from the University of Michigan Business School.
