Vanessa Damoulis, PhD is a Vice President with Kingsley Gate.

Vanessa brings over ten years of Life Sciences executive search experience spanning the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device sectors. Prior to joining Kingsley Gate, Vanessa was a Senior Associate at DHR International.

She has conducted searches spanning multiple therapeutic areas, and functions, including senior level R&D, Clinical, Medical Affairs, RA/QA, Safety, Commercial, and Marketing. She has additionally executed global searches for C-suite biotechnology executives.

Prior to recruiting, Vanessa has 10 years’ experience in basic science research and development, including postdoctoral research at The Scripps Research Institute in Oncology. Vanessa is a graduate of UT Southwestern Medical Center and conferred her doctorate degree in cancer biology. She is a University of Miami alumnus and earned her bachelor’s degree in molecular biology and biochemistry.
