Tatyana is a senior partner at Kingsley Gate with almost 20 years of experience in Executive Search and Assessment projects in the Technology, Consumer, Professional and Financial Services sectors. She is based in the São Paulo office.
In her previous role at Russell Reynolds Associates, she was co-leader of the Tech & Digital practice in Latin America and also led the DE&I practice in the region, conducting search and assessment projects for local and multinational companies in Brazil and LatAm. Serving clients in the Consumer Digital, Tech and Consumer sectors. Before that, at a local executive search boutique, Caccuri Consultores, she led executive search projects for a wide range of local Brazilian clients in the Industrial, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences and Financial Services markets. She began her Executive Search career at Korn Ferry, coming from a previous experience in Consulting as Executive Director at Interbrand, where she led Brand Strategy & Valuation projects in the Financial, Oil, Consumer Goods and Retail markets in Latin America and Europe, having lived in Portugal and Spain. Before that, at General Electric, she worked in the areas of Engineering, Products, Exports and Marketing, responsible for managing the development and launch of new products and market feasibility analysis, in Brazil and in the USA. Tatyana began her career in Sales at Procter & Gamble. Tatyana is a member of the Board of Directors of Fundação OSESP (São Paulo State Symphony Orchestra).
Tatyana graduated in Chemical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo and holds a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Tatyana is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
