Jennifer brings more than 25 years of experience in executive search and talent advisory, conducting searches for C-suite and senior operating roles including CEO, COO, CFO, CHRO, technology leadership and other senior leaders responsible for driving operational performance and enterprise value. Her experience includes supporting leadership teams through add-on and platform acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, and exit preparedness, ensuring portfolio companies have the operational leadership required to execute growth and value creation strategies.
Over the past decade, Jennifer has focused primarily on C-suite and senior executive search, partnering with organizations navigating growth, leadership transitions, and operational scale. She has worked extensively with private equity-backed and middle market companies where building strong leadership teams is central to executing investment strategies and preparing organizations for their next phase of growth.
Jennifer began her career within large global talent organizations where she progressed from recruiting into sales leadership, practice management, and regional leadership roles. This experience leading teams and managing business operations informs her consultative approach to executive search and her ability to assess leaders within complex organizational environments.
