Ben Dudmish is the Global Chief Operating Officer at The Omerta Group. He is responsible for overseeing all operational functions and ensuring the seamless performance of the firm’s global platform. In addition, Ben leads strategic initiatives and drives talent acquisition across the organisation.

Before joining The Omerta Group, Ben headed in-house talent acquisition functions within Capital Markets and worked as a search consultant both internally and at specialist recruitment boutiques.

Earlier in his career, he gained experience in the Corporate and Wealth Management sector, building a strong foundation in financial services.
