Chris Kaderle To Lead Research And Recruiting Operations For Kingsley Gate Partners

Kingsley Gate Partners the leader in retained executive search that helps ensure a lasting fit between its clients and placed candidates, today announced the promotion of Chris Kaderle to Partner, Synchronous Fit Operations. Kaderle will manage all worldwide recruiting and human capital intelligence activities, from setting strategic direction and standard operating procedures to overseeing training and auditing performance. He will be based out of the firm’s Cleveland office.

Throughout his career, Kaderle has conducted assignments for general management, functional and operational roles. His clients ranged from start-ups to world leaders at all stages of the business cycle. He leverages his broad industry experience – working for major financial services, technology, professional services, manufacturers and consumer products companies – for success. In addition to his management duties outlined above, Kaderle will continue to be involved in business development initiatives and firm growth strategies.

Prior to joining Kingsley Gate Partners, Kaderle was vice president, research at CTPartners, where he was responsible for developing the firm’s research methodology. Prior to CTPartners, he was with the Cuyahoga County Public Library, one of the nation’s 10 busiest library systems. In addition to his patron relations and reference research duties, he identified methods to improve operations.

Kaderle earned his bachelor of arts in political science and international relations from Cleveland State University.
