Carlos brings more than 27 years of experience in high-value-added consulting, oriented to the financial, telecommunications and manufacturing industries, in the areas of Corporate Finance, Process Redesign and Strategic Planning. Carlos is a highly motivated, results-oriented professional with an excellent creative thinking capacity and a proven capacity for positive leadership and talent management.

Carlos has held executive and managerial positions in international consulting firms, including 11 years as a Strategy and Business Design Partner at Deloitte, Director of Operations at Aquanima and Business Consultant at A.T.Kearney. During his career, he led and participated in numerous initiatives and projects in most Latin American countries, as well as in Spain, and has been a member of boards of directors of several international corporations.

Carlos holds a degree in Mathematics from the Universidad Central de Venezuela, a Master of Science in Pure Mathematics from Northeastern University, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Public Policy from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Administración (IESA). He served in various academic positions as a professor at the Central University of Venezuela, in the Schools of Physics and Mathematics and in the School of Computing.

Carlos has lived in South America North and Central America, and is fluent in Spanish, English, and Brazilian Portuguese.
