Alexandra is a Senior Partner at Kingsley Gate, with more than 15 years of experience in executive search and leadership advisory within multinational environments.

Alexandra has broad experience advising clients across industries including logistics & infrastructure, industrial, technology, and professional services, with a particular focus on C-level and senior executive searches. She also works closely with organizations on leadership assessment and strategic talent advisory, often within international and cross-cultural contexts.

Before joining Kingsley Gate, Alexandra co-founded Ezentia Group in 2011, a boutique executive search firm in Mexico, where she led numerous senior-level assignments and advised boards and CEOs on critical leadership decisions. Earlier in her career, Alexandra held leadership roles in multinational organizations in Germany and Mexico, with a focus on process transformation, operational excellence, and organizational alignment across multiple countries and business environments.

In addition to her executive search work, Alexandra has served for more than 10 years on the Board of Fundación Comunitaria Malinalco and was Co-Chair of 50/50 Women on Boards in Mexico, supporting initiatives that promote gender balance and diversity in corporate leadership.

Alexandra holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim, Germany, and has lived and worked across Europe and Latin America, bringing a distinct multicultural perspective to her work. She is fluent in Spanish, German, and English, and is based in the firm’s Mexico City office.
