Nick joined The Omerta Group in 2025 as Head of Macro Markets, based in London.

He has dedicated over 25 years to Financial services executive search with specific focus on the European FIC markets. He has led Global Markets aligned teams completing a significant volume of senior leadership and team build mandates for sell side and buy side clients.

Over this period he has owned, built, and managed wholesale financial services search businesses with a breadth of client coverage across the Investment Bank, Hedge Fund, Brokerage, Asset Management, PE, Consultancy and Fintech communities.

Nick holds a Marketing and Management BSc from Lancaster University (LUMS).
