Donald joined The Omerta Group in February 2026 as Partner – Middle East and Africa, based in Dubai.

Donald brings nearly 20 years of executive search experience across the Middle East and Asia. He has built and led executive search businesses covering both liquid and illiquid markets across a wide range of asset classes. His clients include Banks, Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, Brokerages, Family Offices, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Exchanges, and Cryptonative firms.

He holds a BSc in Business Management from Imperial College London.
