Tilly joined The Omerta Group in 2020 and is currently a Vice President based in the London office. She is a key member of the Investment Banking and Private Markets Investing practice, where she supports Partners across all aspects of search execution. Tilly has a particular focus on Financing, Credit Investing, and Capital Raising across the EMEA region.

Prior to joining The Omerta Group, Tilly was an Associate at a boutique executive search firm where she was part of the Global Markets practice, predominantly focused on Fixed Income.

Tilly graduated from Oxford Media & Business School with Distinction Honours.
