Kristin Myers

August 2022

The year 2021 saw diversity, equity, and inclusion make it to the top of the agenda for most firms. However, we still have a long way to go before we truly achieve the balance that reflects our society’s reality.

Launched in succession to our Women in Business report last year, our new global series, Her Corner Office, brings to light the stories of opportunities, challenges, and achievements that catapulted leading women executives to success.

Our next episode features Kristin Myers, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Hopscotch Health, a tech-enabled healthcare services company bringing advanced primary care to rural communities across the country. She is a culture-driven executive with nearly 20 years of operating and investing experience across sectors including healthcare delivery, services, payer, financial services and medtech, including early, growth and established companies.

“At the end of the day, we each may define success differently. It depends on what you are looking to achieve. You have to know what you are going after.”

In her conversation with Tom Koch, Senior Partner at Kingsley Gate, Kristin takes us through her journey to the top, her recipe for success, the relevance of having a mentor and a support system, her leadership style and the importance of building a good, trusted, transparent culture.

Kristin also shares advice on how to build the necessary leadership skills for success.
