Victor Kleinman is a Senior Partner with Kingsley Gate Partners. Previously he served as Managing Partner of the Global Biopharmaceutical Practice for a global retained executive search firm. His career in Life Sciences executive search and organizational consulting spans three decades. Victor has established an international reputation for consultative, relationship-driven, performance-based project management during this tenure.
Victor’s client base includes multiple “top-ten” global pharmaceutical companies, midsized biopharmaceutical companies and smaller, emerging companies. On their behalf, he has successfully recruited highly prominent, game-changing leaders who have developed and commercialized next-generation therapies in Oncology, Cardiovascular/Metabolic Medicine, Neuroscience, Immunology, Respiratory Medicine, Rare/Orphan Diseases, Cell and Gene Therapy, and Personalized Medicine.
