    Vanya I. Mackay is a Vice President with Kingsley Gate Partners. He is a leader in Kingsley Gate’s Global Technology Practice where his executive search experience spans EMEA, APAC and North America.

    Largely focused on supporting Private Equity and Venture Capital backed Emerging Technology portfolio companies going through rapid growth, scaling and in some cases a transformation, Vanya’s core industry focus has been across Cyber Security, FinTech, Blockchain, Retail Tech and Professional Services.

    His most recent engagements have been focused on supporting portfolio companies with Go-To-Market strategies, entering new markets and geographies, and upgrading existing leadership teams in leading organizations as they prepare for an exit.

    Since joining Kingsley Gate Partners in 2015, Vanya has worked on a broad range of executive mandates at the Vice President – C-Suite level including the likes of CRO, CFO, CMO and CEO. He leverages a cross-border, cross-cultural orientation to support global clients on the most complex of senior level searches.

    Vanya started his search career with AIM listed Hydrogen Group in London, managing a desk for their legal Practice. After spending a several stints abroad with boutique firms in the Oil & Gas space in Russia and the Middle East, he shifted his focus to Technology.

    Vanya is a graduate of the University of Nottingham, having earned a bachelor’s degree with a major in Russian, and minors in Business and Politics.
