Srinivasa Prabhakara is the VP and Head of Product Development at Kingsley Gate Partners. Srinivasa is responsible for overseeing company's software product development teams and drive towards building an enterprise level software product suite.
Srini comes with a rich background of over 2 decades developing, architecting and implementing enterprise applications for various global customers. He has acquired unique skills to understand customer needs, strategize and build long term solutions. Previously, Srini was leading applications architecture team at Oracle India where he spent 10 years managing and shaping various product solutions for PeopleSoft Human Capital Management and worked on cloud technologies. Prior to Oracle, Srini was a founding partner and Director at TorrSol Technologies, where he gained important entrepreneurial experience, providing product development consulting, managing teams and training services globally. Earlier, he worked as senior analyst and lead architect for Infosys (India and Houston, TX), Citigroup - Singapore, Deutsche Bank - Germany.
Srini comes with a wide range of experience including product development, lifecycle management and customer engagement. With deep technical background and enterprise product development experience, he has been successful in providing HR solutions and implementations around the world.
Srini holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science engineering from Bangalore University, India. He is based in Bangalore.
