    Shikha Sheth is a Vice President, Global Talent with Kingsley Gate Partners. Shikha’s expertise spans a variety of industries and functions, having worked with some of the biggest multinationals, and family-led businesses across consulting, private banking and executive search. Shikha acts as a trusted advisor both to her clients and candidates. With her ability to manage relationships with ease, she has developed an extensive network throughout the course of her career.

    Prior to joining Kingsley Gate Partners, Shikha was a founding Partner with Bluewater Consulting, Previously she was a Senior Vice President, Global Talent with Anand Rathi Private Wealth where she advised and managed the assets of high net worth individuals. Before that, she was with HSBC Premier where she led a team of relationship managers across two bank branches. Earlier in her career, as a consultant with Amrop, she worked with CEOs and heads of businesses filling their senior-level executive needs.

    Shikha has an MBA in Marketing and International Business from the Institute of Finance and International Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Delhi University. She is a certified Assessment Expert (certificate from Aon Hewitt Learning Centre). Shikha is based in the firm’s New Delhi location.
