    Priscilla is a Partner with Kingsley Gate Partners in the Consumer Goods, Retail and Education Practices.

    Priscilla has been working in executive search since 2005. Before joining Kingsley Gate Partners, she was a Partner at Odgers Berndtson, where she built the Retail Practice. Previously she was a Senior Associate at Spencer Stuart dedicated to Retail & Consumer Goods, Assessment and Education practices, besides accumulating functional roles for CMOs, CSOs, Supply Chain & CFOs. Her search experience serving clients in Consumer Goods & Retail embraced clients as Grupo Big (Walmart), Carrefour, Natura, Starbucks and others. She started her career as Translator & Interpreter, Executive Assistant and Project Manager, at companies like Mckinsey & Co and Telefonica.

    Priscilla is Brazilian and holds a bachelor’s degree in Translation and Interpreting and MBA in Retail Management by FIA USP.
