Natalia Borda is a Principal at Kingsley Gate, specializing in the Financial Services sector. She has successfully completed assignments for presidents, vice presidents, and directors, across the two regions.
From 2015 until its acquisition by Kingsley Gate in 2019, Natalia worked at CPGroup Latam placing senior executives in Global Banks, Insurance and Pharmaceutical & Biotech companies across the Americas. Prior to that, she was Principal at CTPartners, where she executed high-level search assignments in the Financial Services and Life Sciences sectors throughout Latin America.
Previously, Natalia served as the Country Manager for Lee Hecht Harrison in Colombia, a renowned global talent management consulting firm. In this role, she collaborated with multinational organizations, assisting them in developing executive outplacement programs, leading strategic change management projects, and implementing talent development initiatives.
Natalia began her career at Spencer Stuart and Heidrick & Struggles, where she worked on both in-country and regional roles across Latin America.
