    Natalia Borda is Vice President, Global Recruiting at Kingsley Gate Partners. With more than 15 years of experience in executive search, Natalia brings extensive expertise in the Latin American and US markets. She has completed assignments for presidents, vice presidents, and directors with regional and in-country responsibility across both regions. Her clients included Fortune 500 and Fortune Global 500 companies, as well as leading multi-Latin organizations. Natalia has placed numerous top market leaders in different economic sectors with a focus on the Pharmaceutical and Financial Services industries.

    Since 2015, Natalia has worked for CPGroup Latam, whose operations have been acquired by Kingsley Gate Partners in 2019. Previously, she was Principal at CTPartners working for regional top-level search assignments in the Life Sciences and Financial Services practices.

    Prior, she was Country Manager for Lee Hecht Harrison in Colombia, a global leader in talent management consulting. Natalia assisted multinational organizations in developing executive outplacement programs, strategic change management projects, and talent development initiatives. Early in her career, she held Senior Associate roles at Heidrick & Struggles and Spencer Stuart, working on in-country and regional roles across Latin America.

    Natalia is based in the firm’s Miami office.
