Michelle DesChenes is a Partner with Kingsley Gate, specializing in executive search and consulting projects across multiple industries.
Prior to joining the firm, Michelle was a Managing Director with GattiHR, a national leader in HR Search. She brings more than 20 years of experience in global executive search and HR consulting to the firm, has an extensive network, and possesses a strong knowledge of current hiring market trends and proven HR strategies.
Michelle has successfully led searches that include C-suite and senior leadership for Fortune 500 companies, private and publicly held companies, and global organizations. Her client portfolio includes Life Sciences, Healthcare, Energy, Manufacturing, Engineering, Financial Services, and Supply Chain & Logistics.
Most importantly, Michelle invests her time in understanding her clients and strives to exceed expectations, always with a consistent focus on building relationships.
Michelle attended Colby Sawyer College in New London, New Hampshire and is an active member of the Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA) as well as Human Resources Leadership Forum (HRLF).
She represents Kingsley Gate on the committee board for DisruptHR Boston and Houston and is a resident of Boston, Massachusetts.
