    Ivan Lim is a Senior Partner with Kingsley Gate Partners. He has over 25 years experience in healthcare and life sciences. As a medical scientist, Ivan began his career in pharmaceutical R&D and advanced to senior management roles with global Fortune 100 companies. He has 13 years of extensive industry experience in business turnover, driving innovation and culture change with highly matrixed, fast-paced international companies in healthcare and life sciences. After having worked across continents and lived in many locations in Asia as well as the US and UK, Ivan’s instinct is to look at business and talents needs from a global perspective.

    Ivan is a go-to consultant for C-suite and senior executive searches. This includes CEO, Executive Vice President, Country Head and various functional leadership roles in medical & regulatory affairs, spanning medical devices, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare IT. His deep industry knowledge and close collaboration with clients has led to many successful placements.

    Prior to joining Kingsley Gate Partners, Ivan was the Partner and Asia Pacific Leader, Healthcare & Life Sciences at another leading executive search firm.

    Ivan holds a master’s degree in Medical Microbiology & Bacteriology from Osaka University Faculty of Medicine, Japan. He is a certified executive coach and motivational leader. He is based at our London office, working with clients globally.
