    Iain Brockbank is a Partner in Kingsley Gate Partners’ global Industrial Practice.
     
    He has over 23 years’ experience working with clients in the UK and internationally, focussing on Chair, NED, and senior executive roles. His clients include major quoted, PE-backed, and privately owned companies in sectors including manufacturing, engineering, transport, real estate, and utilities. 
     
    His track record includes the full range of Board Committee Chairs, and C-Suite roles, as well as Country and Divisional leaders and functional executives including Human Resources, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Business Development.
     
    Iain’s career includes being a Partner with a UK boutique executive search firm, then 12 years with Warren Partners leading the Industrial Practice. He advises clients on succession planning, board effectiveness, leadership, and inclusion and diversity initiatives.
     
    Iain shares Kingsley Gates’ commitment to collaboration, working closely with colleagues around the world to identify the highest caliber leaders to meet each client’s specific challenges and strategic goals.
     
    He is based in the firm’s London office.
