Giselle Moraes is a Principal in the Technology and Professional Services practice at Kingsley Gate Partners. Giselle brings with her more than 15 years of experience in the executive search industry specializing in technology, media and telecommunications, professional, and financial service industries. From a functional perspective, Giselle covers a broad array of expertise recruiting CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, Legal Officers and other functions within the digital spectrum.
Prior to joining Kingsley Gate Partners, Giselle worked for other executive search firms such as Spencer Stuart and Heidrick & Struggles in Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Financial Services (including Fintechs), Business & Professional Services practices, being a focal point and reference across functional roles, including technology, legal, strategy and digital transformation.
Before joining the executive search market, Giselle worked with corporations such as Comsat (now British Telecom), Pegasus Telecom (current Oi), Banco Patagon (Santander’s digital bank startup) and Lemon Bank (unbanked retail bank).
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from FEI - Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial; a postgraduate degree in Business Administration (CEAG) from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-SP); and an extension course in Information Technology from the same institution. A native speaker of Portuguese, she is fluent in both English and Spanish. Giselle is based in our São Paulo location.
