Gerardo Reynoso is a Senior Partner with Kingsley Gate Partners. As a member of the Consumer & Retail and Life Sciences practices, he concentrates on partnering with clients offering his broad knowledge of the executives in the market and accompanying each project with consultancy and advisory.
Prior to joining Kingsley Gate Partners, Gerardo was a Principal in the Consumer & Retail and Healthcare practices, and a member of the Mexico City office at Caldwell. He began his professional career as a financial and audit consultant in a global firm, serving multiple local and multinational clients in different projects. Later on, he was responsible for financial & strategic planning in a major German financial institution, contributing to the decision-making process and goals achievement of the group.
Gerardo gained his extensive executive search experience working for more than 10 years in the executive search industry in which he was a key participant in the startup, development and management of the local and LATAM region businesses. Having placed several of the key decision-makers in many of the top companies worldwide, Gerardo brings value to his clients through his experience placing and coaching executives in general management, finance, human resources, commercial and operations.
Gerardo holds a Bachelor of Administration in Finance and Accounting (with honors) from the Universidad Anahuac in Mexico and also has commercial studies in the Universidad Francisco de Vittoria, Spain. He is certified in Hogan Assessment Tools.
A Spanish native speaker who is bilingual in English, his experience allows him to work indistinctly through different cultures, nationalities and languages.
