    Geoff Arner is a Principal at Kingsley Gate Partners. He is focused on placing senior executives into c-suite and board roles across Private Equity, Technology, and Services companies. A Private Equity specialist, he also works with financial sponsors to develop talent-centric deal advisory solutions.

    Before joining Kingsley Gate Partners, Geoff was a Strategic Introductions Specialist at Heidrick & Struggles in their Global Private Equity practice. Prior to this, Geoff led the US Business Services practice at Skillcapital, a UK-based executive search firm. He began his search career in the Consumer & Retail practice at CTPartners and later spent three years recruiting Portfolio Managers, CIOs, and senior investment professionals for quantitative investment firms.

    Geoff spent the first two years of his career working on political campaigns before transitioning to executive search.

    A native New Yorker, Geoff has spent significant time living overseas in Japan and the UK. He received his BA from Edinburgh University in Scotland.

    Geoff is based in our New York City location.
