David Molén is a Partner at Kingsley Gate. He joins the firm’s global Life Sciences and Healthcare practice.
David brings 15 years’ experience in executive search and assessment and has advised both privately held and publicly listed businesses on their global, regional, and local talent needs at the Board, C-suite and Vice President-level. His work spans across functions, including Board, Executive Committee, R&D, Commercial & Business Development, General Management, Manufacturing, Quality & Technical Operations, and Human Resources.
Prior to joining Kingsley Gate, David held the position of Principal at Heidrick & Struggles, where he was a core member of their Global Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. His primary focus included senior level placements, succession planning and organisational strategy in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, healthcare services and healthtech sectors. Previously, he spent six years with Egon Zehnder in their Health and Technology practices, based in London and Copenhagen.
David earned his M.Sc. degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Gothenburg. A Swedish national, he is fluent in English and the Scandinavian languages.
He is based in the firm’s London location, working with clients globally.
