With 20+ years of consulting experience, he is an expert in C-suite and board-level recruitment and compensation design and strategy. His clients include forward-thinking private equity groups, owners and operators, family offices, and real estate investment trusts.
Personally involved in every project his team takes on, David leverages his expertise to foster a multi-dimensional client experience providing them unprecedented access to leading talent within leisure and hospitality and adjacent industries.
Before joining Kingsley Gate, David served as a Managing Director at AETHOS Consulting Group, a firm he co-founded in 2013. Prior to AETHOS, David held the position of Managing Director and President of the Americas at a global executive search boutique specializing in the hospitality industry. David's journey in hospitality began at the New York Plaza, where he served as Sales Manager, honing his skills and passion for the field.
David’s commitments extend beyond his professional endeavors; he passionately serves as a Board Member for Wellness in the Schools, a non-profit dedicated to inspiring healthy eating and fitness habits among children in New York City's public schools.
