    Senior Partner

    David Mansbach is a Senior Partner with Kingsley Gate Partners specializing in the hospitality industry. He has more than two decades of experience advising hospitality clients, and has sold and led engagements in the areas of executive recruitment, compensation consulting and business strategy & implementation. He is also an investor in early-stage Restaurant companies and a human capital artificial intelligence technology platform.

    Prior to joining Kingsley Gate Partners, David served as a Managing Director at AETHOS Consulting Group, a firm he co-founded in 2013 to provide executive search, compensation consulting and human capital advisory services to the global Restaurant, Hotel and Gaming industries. Before co-founding AETHOS Consulting Group, David served as Managing Director and President of the Americas for a global executive search boutique serving the Hospitality industry.  David started his career at the Plaza Hotel in New York, where he served as Sales Manager.

    David is qualified as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and has written more than 100 articles on the topics of senior-level executive recruitment, compensation strategy, and succession planning. He also currently serves as a Board Member for Wellness in the Schools, a non-profit that aims to inspire healthy eating, environment awareness and fitness as a way of life for children in New York City’s public schools.

    David received a BSBA in Accounting from the University of Hartford. He is based in our New York City location.
