    Senior Partner, Search Operations
    Christopher Kaderle is Senior Partner, Search Operations with Kingsley Gate Partners. In this role, Christopher leads a global team of search execution professionals where he is responsible for recruitment, strategy, process, training and development for the search execution teams based on our Synchronous Fit process.

    Throughout his career, Christopher has conducted assignments for general management, functional and operational roles. His clients ranged from start-ups to world leaders at all stages of the business cycle. He leverages his broad industry experience – working with major financial services, technology, professional services, manufacturers and consumer products companies – to advise clients on top talent. In addition to his management duties outlined above, Christopher will continue to be involved in business development initiatives and firm growth strategies.

    Prior to joining Kingsley Gate, Christopher was with CTPartners where he was responsible for developing the firm’s innovative research methodology. He implemented best practices that reduced search execution time by 40 percent and reorganized the firm’s research function by practice. He was involved in the creation and delivery of continuing professional development and mentoring new staff.

    Previously he was with the Cuyahoga County Public Library, one of the nation’s 10 busiest library systems. In addition to his patron relations and reference research duties, he identified methods to improve operations of this institution. Christopher executed strategy and implemented key policies and procedures to refine the services provided by this library, which had the highest per capita circulation in the country.

    Christopher is a graduate of Cleveland State University. He is based in the firm’s Cleveland location.
