Lowe’s Appoints its Newest Human Resources Leaders

Kingsley Gate Partners is pleased to have partnered with Lowe’s Companies Inc., a Fortune 25 retail company specializing in home improvement, to successfully place four senior human resources leaders as of July 2019. These searches were led by our Senior Partner and Global HR Practice Leader, Mike Bergen.

Tim Clinkenbeard, Vice President of Total Rewards, will lead the company’s strategy, design, and implementation of a global total rewards strategy in support of strategic business initiatives. Prior to joining Lowe’s, Tim was the Vice President and Head of HR for Justice a premier specialty retailer leading all HR capabilities for 15,000+ employees.

Jeff McIver, Vice President, HR Business Partner for the Merchandizing organization, will be responsible for developing impactful HR strategies for a transforming Merchandizing organization. Before joining Lowe’s, Jeff was the Senior HR Business Partner for Walmart’s Merchandizing organization.

Reece Roberson, Vice President, HR Business Partners for the Stores organization, will be responsible for will be responsible for leading the HR Business Partner team for the US Store Operations business across the enterprise. Prior to joining Lowe’s, Reece was the VP, Global Talent Management and Learning for Interface and previously worked in senior HR Business Partner roles with Home Depot.

Jamie Furey, Global Head of Learning and Development, will serve as the lead innovator in the learning and development space with responsibility for developing and implementing an end-to-end global learning platform across the 290,000+ employee enterprise. Prior to joining Lowe’s, Jamie held various senior HR leadership positions of increasing responsibility at Target, with her most recently leading Learning and Development for Target’s stores and supply chain organizations.
