Rajita D’Souza Becomes Chief Human Resources Officer for STMicroelectronics

STMicroelectronics has named Rajita D’Souza Chief Human Resources Officer, President of Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility, making her an Executive Committee Member. She will oversee the global human resources function, including people development, performance management, compensation/benefits and recruitment. She will also be involved in sustainability efforts, with a company-wide goal to be carbon neutral by 2027. In this role, Rajita reports to President and Chief Executive Officer, Jean-Marc Chery. She joins from Bekaert, where she led as Chief Human Resources Officer. She also gained strong human resources leadership experience during her stints with The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and SABIC. She spent a significant portion of her earlier career with GE, serving in a broad range of human resources roles, ultimately as Director of Human Resources.
