Microsoft Corp. announced the appointment of Sandra E. as Lead Independent Director and Carlos A. Rodriguez as chair of the Compensation Committee

Sandra E. Peterson is the Operating Partner at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice. She has also been appointed chair of the Governance and Nominating Committee and remains a member of the Compensation Committee.
