Hewlett Packard Enterprise Appoints Regina E. Dugan to the Board of Directors

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company announced that Regina E. Dugan has been appointed to the Board of Directors, effective today. She will also serve as a member of the Board’s Technology Committee. Regina, a former director of the U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), brings over 30 years of experience developing innovative technology to the Board. Regina previously served as a board director for Zynga Inc., Varian Medical Systems, Inc, and Cruise LLC, a privately held company.
