Ethos Hires Marty Schafer as First Chief Distribution Officer

Ethos hired industry veteran Marty Schafer as its first Chief Distribution Officer to bolster the company’s channel distribution. Marty will be responsible for building a team to focus on enabling partnerships specifically with third party life insurance distributors and life, property and casualty insurance agents. He joins Ethos following more than two decades in the life insurance industry, most recently as Senior Vice President at Crump Life Insurance Services.
