Partners Capital Appoints New Public Equities and Sustainable Investing Heads

Christoph Günther and Dr. Michael Viehs have joined Partners Capital Investment Group as Head of Public Equities and Global Head of Sustainable Investing, respectively. Christoph, who is based in New York, will take over as Head of Public Equities, a position previously held by Alex Band, who is now Co-Chief Investment Officer of Partners Capital alongside Suzanne Streeter. He will lead the firm’s public equities investment strategy, focusing on identifying and developing deep asset manager partnerships to drive outperformance for the firm’s clients. He will report to Band. Michael will be based in London as the Global Head of Sustainable Investing. He has extensive experience integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and sustainability factors into investment processes across asset classes.
