KKR Appoints Raymond J. McGuire as New Independent Director

Raymond J. McGuire has been appointed to the Board of Directors of KKR & Co. Inc., with effect from June 15, 2022. His appointment brings the total number of independent directors on the Board to thirteen out of a total of seventeen. He was the former Vice Chairman of Citigroup and held various other senior leadership positions at Citigroup for over a decade, including Global Head of Corporate and Investment Banking.

KKR & Co. Inc., also known as Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., is an American global investment company that manages multiple alternative asset classes.

KKR’s annual revenue for 2021 was $16.236B, a 283.75% increase from 2020.
