Mr. Lawrence Hay has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Billy Goat Brands Ltd. Lawrence serves as an officer and director of several private and public companies, and he has extensive experience structuring and financing businesses in the clean energy and ESG industries. Kris Dahl, the Company’s former Chief Operating Officer, and founding director have also stepped down and resigned from the Board of Directors, effective immediately.
