The Boeing Company Elects David L. Gitlin to Board of Directors as part of the Aerospace Safety Committee and the Finance Committee
David L. Gitlin has been elected as the newest member of the Boeing Company Board of Directors. He will be a member of the Aerospace Safety Committee as well as the Finance Committee. David, 53, is the current chairman and CEO of Carrier and brings more than 20 years of aerospace industry experience to the Board. He previously held executive positions such as president and chief operating officer of Collins Aerospace Systems and president of UTC Aerospace Systems. He was president and CEO of Carrier before his election as chairman in April 2021.
