Seasoned Executive Search Expert Magui Castro Joins Kingsley Gate Partners As Senior Partner
Global Executive Search Firm Strengthens International Footprint in London
Kingsley Gate Partners, the leader in retained executive search that helps ensure a lasting fit between its clients and placed candidates, today announced that Magui Castro has joined the company as senior partner. She will be based in the firm’s London office.
Magui has an exceptional background in retained executive search specializing in recruiting C-level executives across the Consumer, Retail and Life Sciences sectors. Prior to her career in search, Magui spent 15+ years as a corporate marketing executive at global multinational organizations including Kodak, Coca-Cola and Gillette. Upon relocating to Chile, Magui became the regional CEO of Kodak. Her past experience as an operational CEO provides Magui with a unique lens into challenges facing CEOs.

Magui joins us from Caldwell Partners, LatAm and European groups. Previously, Magui was a Partner with another large global search firm based in Brazil and prior to this, she was an owner of an executive search firm dedicated to serving clients with interests across South America.
Magui holds two post-graduate degrees—in Marketing and Finance—from the PUC in Rio de Janeiro and she holds a Bachelor degree in Literature. Her educational achievements also include the Smith College Senior Executive Program in Northampton, MA. Magui is a member of the Women on Boards UK and Chatham House – The Royal Institute of International affairs – UK.
