Kingsley Gate Partners Places Chief People Officer at J.Crew Group
Kingsley Gate Partners, the leading firm in retained executive search that helps to ensure a lasting fit between its clients and placed candidates, today announced that it has successfully placed Jose Davila as Chief People Officer at J.Crew Group.

Before joining J.Crew Group, Jose served as Vice President of Human Resources for Levi Strauss & Co., where he oversaw the organization’s HR leadership team for North and South America. Previously, he spent more than ten years at Gap Inc. He held a series of leadership positions, including Head of International Human Resources, Head of Human Resources for Banana Republic, and Vice President, Human Resources for the Gap Brand Stores Organization.
