Vimla Black-Gupta Joins Board of Directors at Penn National Gaming, Inc.

Penn National Gaming, Inc. announced the appointed Vimla Black-Gupta to the Board of Directors, subject to customary regulatory approvals. Her appointment expands the size of the Board to nine members, eight of whom satisfy the standards for director independence under the current Listing Rules of the NASDAQ Stock Market.

Penn National Gaming, Inc. is an American operator of casinos and racetracks, based in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. It operates 43 facilities in the United States and Canada, many of them under the Hollywood Casino brand. The company also controls a 36% stake in Barstool Sports.
