TUI Announces Two Additions to Supervisory Board

TUI AG Announces the following Supervisory Board Appointments:

• Dr. Jutta Dönges has joined as a Member of the Supervisory Board. She currently serves as a Member of the Commerzbank Supervisory Board as well.

• Janina Kugel has joined as a Member of the Supervisory Board. She is also a Member of the Konecranes Supervisory Board.
