Texas Roadhouse, Inc. Announces Regina A. Tobin as Chief Learning and Culture Officer

The Board of Directors of Texas Roadhouse, Inc. appointed Regina A. Tobin, as Chief Learning and Culture Officer. Regina joined Texas Roadhouse in January 1996 as a Managing Partner. In this new role, she will be responsible for trainings and the company’s leadership development program.
