Tenet Healthcare Corporation announced that its Board of Directors has elected Saum Sutaria to assume the additional position of Chairman, effective immediately. Saum has served as Tenet Healthcare’s CEO since September 2021 and a member of the Board of Directors since 2020. Previously, he served as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer.
