On April 21, 2021, the Board of AMN Healthcare appointed Sylvia Trent-Adams to its Compensation Committee and its Corporate Governance and Compliance Committee. They previously determined that she satisfies all applicable requirements of the New York Stock Exchange Listed Company Manual and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
