AGS Health Announces Leadership Appointments

AGS Health recently announced the following appointments to its leadership team:

• Proneet Sharma has been named Chief Operating Officer, leading global delivery and supporting growth, technology, analytics, digital transformation and infrastructure. He joins from Sutherland, where he served in a Senior Vice President & Country Head capacity. Prior to that, he served Genpact over the course of a decade, ultimately as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the Insurance vertical.

• Cheryl Cruver has become Chief Revenue Officer, leading business development, marketing and customer success. She joins from SONIFI Health, where she led as Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to that, she served Aetna, ultimately as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Medicity and HDMS. She has also served in executive-level positions with CareInSync, The Advisory Board Company, MedVentive, and Microsoft Health Solutions Group and others.

• Ekta Singh has been tapped as Chief Human Resources Officer. He most recently served Capgemini in a Vice President capacity. He has also previously held executive positions with Royal Bank of Scotland, Deloitte, Corpus and CMC Ltd.

• Ashish Mohan has become Chief Financial Officer of the company. He was previously with Servion Global Solutions, leading as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, he was CSS Corporation’s Vice President and Deputy Chief Financial Officer. He also spent over 8 years with Aricent, culminating in his role as Vice President of Finance.
