Xerox Announces Organizational Changes and Executive Appointments
Xerox Holdings has decided to create the following new businesses as part of its long-term growth plan: Software, Financing and Innovation. As a result, the company has also announced these executive appointments:
- Nicole Torraco has been elevated to Senior Vice President of Xerox Financial Services (XFS), which will become a global payment solutions business. She will report directly to John Visentin, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. She was most recently Chief Strategy and M&A Officer for the company.
- Sam Waicberg will become Vice President and General Manager of Digital Services, overseeing the new Software business, which will be comprised of CareAR, DocuShare, XMPie, and FreeFlow. He will report to Steve Bandrowczak, President and Chief Operations Officer. He recently joined the company through its acquisition of CareAR, which he led as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer.
- Naresh Shanker will maintain his role as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, and will oversee the PARC Innovation business, which will focus on commercializing the company’s developing disruptive technology.
- Louie Pastor has been promoted to Chief Corporate Development Officer and Chief Legal Officer. He currently serves as Executive Vice President for the company.
