Trimble Announces Executive Changes

Trimble has announced the following changes to its executive leadership team:

  • Jaime Nielsen has been named Chief People Officer. Jaime will oversee the people experience organization (formerly human resources), as well as create a culture of inclusivity to attract, grow, and retain top talent. She most recently served Trimble as Vice President of Human Resources.
  • Mark Schwartz has been named Chief Digital Officer. Mark will spearhead transformation initiatives of Trimble’s business systems, processes and infrastructure. He was previously Vice President of Civil Construction Software.
  • Leah Lambertson has been named Head of Sustainability, in addition to maintaining her current responsibilities as Senior Vice President of Operations. Leah has worked her way up through Trimble’s supply chain function, including manufacturing, IT, real estate and facilities.
  • Albert Momo has been elected Chair of the Trimble Foundation.
