Talkdesk Appoints Venkat Iyer as Global Head of Product and Engineering

Talkdesk appointed Venkat Iyer as Global Head of Talkdesk Product and Engineering. Before joining Talkdesk, Iyer built and led international product teams at several startup organizations and globally recognized brands including SAP, serving as Vice President of the SAP Cloud for Customer Industries portfolio. Most recently, he held the position of Chief Product Officer for Transform.
