Takayuki Morita to Lead NEC Corporation as President

NEC Corporation has announced that Takayuki Morita will be promoted to President on April 1, 2021. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for the company. Previously, Takayuki served as Chief Global Officer with responsibility for overseas business operations and expansion. He has spent his career with NEC, having joined in 1983 and progressively taking on roles of greater responsibility. Takayuki succeeds Takashi Niino, who will transition into the Vice Chairman role.

NEC Corporation is a Japanese multinational information technology and electronics company, headquartered in Minato, Tokyo. The company currently has a workforce of approximately 112,600 employees, and most recently posted $28.4 billion in annual revenue.
