Susan Chapman-Hughes Joins Toast’s Board of Directors

Toast has elected Susan Chapman-Hughes to its Board of Directors. She has been with American Express for over a decade, most recently serving as Executive Vice President, Global Head of Digital Capabilities, Transformation and Operations, Global Commercial Services. During her tenure with American Express, she has used big data, predictive analytics, and machine learning to spearhead the company’s business customer experience digital transformation. Previously, she held executive level roles with Citigroup, Level 3 Communications, and Security Capital Group. Currently, Susan serves on the Board of Directors for The J.M. Smucker Company as well.
