Michele Meyer-Shipp joins Major League Baseball as their Chief People and Culture Officer

American professional baseball organization, Major League Baseball, announced Michele Meyer-Shipp as its new Chief People & Culture Officer. She comes to MLB from KPMG LLP, where she has served as Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer.

A total of 30 teams play in Major League Baseball: 15 teams in the National League and 15 in the American League. They are a $10.7 billion company, headquartered in the United States.
